Harness
From the beginning Innovision has had the expertise in manufacturing simple and complex Cable Harnesses within its facility.
Our strength includes crimping of various terminals of different international makes with cable sizes varying from 0.15sq-mm to 14sq-mm.
We also develop the crimping die for different types of terminals, which can be crimped through semi-automatic and automatic machines to provide reliable and consistent crimping quality of the terminals.
We manufacture high volume-low mix and high mix-low volume harnesses, using various manual crimping tools, semi-automatic and automatic machines, which can be used to make harnesses for PCB-PCB connection, wire-wire connection and PCB-wire connection.
Control Panel Assembly
We also develop panel peripherals as per the requirements of the customer.
- Box Build Assembly
We also offer total integration of services and customized lines for Box building.
Remote Control manufacturing has been a strength of ours and we have delivered satisfying results in hardware and software development, plastic case designing and development, mold development, designing LCD, keypad, backlight and many more.
We offer complete manufacturing services for remote controls of various applications , using IR and RF technologies. Our Remote Control Line Assembly has the capacity of churning out 25,000 units monthly.
